As a result of the money that we had at that particular stage, they had built an outdoor swimming pool. They were able to negotiate easily with the power station because quite a lot of them, who were on the council, were working at the power station, to get hot water, either from there or Albright and Wilson. It used to come up Nore Road in a tanker, steaming away.
