Nothing, literally nothing! ….we were Phase 1….there were no roads, no Waitrose, no road from Waitrose area to here….. Crest Nicholson had temporary building and she (Estate Agent) brought us in a 4x4 because it was just mud, to this plot which was ¾ built, but nothing around us had been built no roads there were diggers – it was just chaos – and that was our first experience of this area
